Awareness phase

The awareness stage is the first stage of the buyer's journey. In this stage, the buyer realizes they have a problem. They are experiencing and expressing symptoms of a problem or opportunity. They are doing educational research to more clearly understand, frame, and give a name to their problem.

The awareness stage is a key component of any successful marketing strategy, as it is the first step in the process of converting a prospect into a customer.
