Report and connect Pro beta · waitlist

Give your client the evidence and one clear decision.

Share a read-only report with a client so they can review it, approve it or send it back. The link expires and can be revoked; the recipient does not need a client account.

Pro is in beta: join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it opens. No payment is taken.

A report view with a clear response.

Illustrative example

Try approve, send back or revoke on the local example.

A scoped report link with a simple response.

Example only. No real link is created and no message is sent.

Keep the review focused

Share the relevant run and review request. Make clear what approval covers and show enough evidence for that decision. A client response is a workflow event, not a record that the proposed work has already been published.

Keep the client response connected to the relevant task in the fixes and approvals board rather than treating approval as delivered work.

Stay in control of the link

Use expiration and revocation to manage access. Treat the link as access to the report and review its contents before sharing. The current feature shares run data; it is not a multi-user client portal or a revenue-data workspace.

For ongoing client or leadership coordination, fractional AEO/GEO support provides a separately scoped human service.

How it works

  1. Choose the report and review request.
  2. Create an expiring share link and send it through your own process.
  3. Review the client's approval or send-back response; revoke access when needed.

What to know before you use it

  • Client accounts are not provided.
  • Anyone with a valid link may be able to view its scoped report.
  • A response does not publish a fix or verify delivery.
