Choose the work you actually need

A page, a listing and an editorial pitch need different structures. Choose the draft type and review the output against its purpose, the source's rules and the evidence available. A generated draft is not an accepted placement or a finished content strategy.

Set the factual boundary in approved brand facts before preparing a page, listing or pitch.

Review claims and context before using the text

Approved facts limit the factual starting material, but generated language can still be unsuitable. Check the wording, claims and placeholders before sending or publishing. Forum replies and review requests also need a person to assess relevance and the platform's requirements.

After editing, use the fixes and approvals board to record the review decision before the work moves forward.

For a separate paid-search handoff, Google Ads drafts prepares a campaign plan and an unvalidated Editor CSV; it is not part of organic answer measurement.

How it works

  1. Approve the facts the draft may use.
  2. Choose a page, listing, pitch, review request or forum reply.
  3. Edit the draft and move it into your approval process.

What to know before you use it

  • Drafts require human editing and review.
  • Missing approved information is represented by placeholders.
  • No automatic sending, review posting or publication is promised.
