Turn the findings into files you can review.

Prepare a robots.txt draft, Organization JSON-LD, an llms.txt draft and a prioritised fix list. Keep the evidence and proposed work together, then export the pack for the person making the changes.

From a finding to a reviewable file.

Reviewable file drafts and a prioritised handoff.

Illustrative drafts. The explainer does not inspect or alter your live website.

See the proposed change before using it

Inspect each file alongside the finding it addresses. Your current crawler rules and approved business facts matter: review the proposed output against your site's existing configuration before replacing a live file.

For a single file rather than a findings-based pack, use the file generators and validators to prepare and inspect the relevant format.

Hand over a usable set of next steps

Export the fix list and supporting material as CSV, Markdown or JSON. A draft is a starting point for review. Generating or downloading the pack does not publish the files or confirm that a problem has been resolved.

Keep the review decision and manual completion history in the fixes and approvals board ; exporting a file is not evidence that it went live.

How it works

  1. Run the relevant checks and confirm brand facts.
  2. Inspect the proposed files and priority list.
  3. Export, review and deploy changes through your own process.

What to know before you use it

  • All generated files need review.
  • The pack is not deployed automatically.
  • An llms.txt draft is not a promise of AI crawling, training or visibility.

Questions

Will this overwrite my current files?
