The destination changes. Review remains a step.
Illustrative exampleChoose GitHub, WordPress, Webflow or Shopify to inspect the intended handoff.
A draft handoff to the tools your site uses.
A local handoff explanation. Nothing is connected, sent or published.
Make the destination and proposed change explicit
Choose the connection and inspect the content before creating the handoff. A GitHub pull request and a CMS draft are different outcomes; the response should name what was created and where the person can review it.
Keep the proposed change and decision in the fixes and approvals board before the destination handoff.
Keep publication separate from a successful handoff
These connections have only been tested against a mock server, not the real services. They must pass real connection and draft-creation tests before launch. Creating a draft or pull request does not publish the change or confirm that a fix went live.
If a connected destination is not appropriate, the AEO fix pack provides reviewable files and exports for your own delivery process.
How it works
- Prepare and approve the proposed fix.
- Choose the connected GitHub or CMS destination.
- Review the draft or pull request in that service before publication.
What to know before you use it
- Only mock-server testing so far; no real-service validation.
- Outputs are drafts or pull requests.
- A completed handoff is not proof of publication.
