Consideration phase

The consideration stage is the second stage of the buyer's journey. In this stage, the buyer has clearly defined and given a name to their problem or opportunity. They are committed to researching and understanding all of the available approaches and/or methods to solving the defined problem or opportunity.

The consideration stage is a key component of any successful marketing strategy, as it is the second step in the process of converting a prospect into a customer.
