Know when supplier limits can stop a run.
The service has hard monthly caps for its own supplier costs, both across MAXAEO and per account. The ledger records that usage so the app can stop further supplier work when a limit is reached.
Pro is in beta: join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it opens. No payment is taken.
The first cap reached controls availability.

Example service costs. These are not customer prices or marketing budgets.
Two limits can affect the same account
A per-account cap and a service-wide cap both apply. Reaching either can prevent further supplier work. Show the relevant usage and stopping reason in context rather than leaving the user with an unexplained failed collection.
Review your cadence in scheduled answer tracking when you need to understand the amount of recurring collection.
Keep your programme budget separate
These amounts concern MAXAEO's own supplier spending. They do not track your editorial fees, consultancy spend, staff time or total marketing budget. A customer action-cost ledger and a budget planner are not built.
Use account settings to review the available plan, connection and supplier-usage information together.
How it works
- Review the supplier-usage information available in settings.
- Check the account and service cap state when a run stops.
- Use the stopping reason to understand which work remains uncollected.
What to know before you use it
- Covers MAXAEO supplier costs only.
- A service-wide cap can affect an account below its own cap.
- This is not customer budget planning or a billing system.
Questions
Is this my marketing budget?
